Final pricing may vary based on factors including: 

  • Distance and route changes

  • Waiting time and stopovers

  • Toll charges, parking, and taxes

  • Peak hours, fuel price fluctuations, or special service requests

We reserve the right to modify pricing based on real-time travel conditions and specific booking details.

3. Booking Confirmation

  1. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  2. Greenland’s Tours & Travels reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without explanation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by trip type and will be clearly communicated during the booking.
  • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may attract cancellation fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and travel details during booking.
  • Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
  • Avoid illegal or unsafe behavior during the ride.
  • Be punctual and ready at the scheduled time and location.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to offer safe and timely service, Greenland’s Tours & Travels is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, breakdowns, or third-party actions.
  • We are also not liable for personal belongings lost or left in vehicles.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
